The idea is that you tell it who you want to call and about how often. Just add your important contacts and tell Keep In Touch how often you would like to stay in touch.

Add your important contact from contacts and choose how often you would like to make a call. once you set desired interval Keep In Touch will remind you to make a call. you will be able to make a call just from notification menu, you simply swipe the notification and call will be started
